Author Registration Policy

To be published in the CITSM 2026 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the appropriate rate and present the paper. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid before uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

For an author with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for one paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the CITSM 2026 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Payment should be made through the Treasury Committee.

All payments made via wire transfer and check must be received 3 days after registration is made, otherwise the registration will be canceled. Payment is non-refundable. For ATM or e-banking transfers, enter the last 3 digits of the paper ID as the reference number and keep proof of payment.

There is an additional fee of USD 10 per page if a paper is more than 6 pages. Papers should not exceed 10 pages. Transfer fees are charged to the author.
