CITSM has been organized by the ITSM forum together with the Department of Informatics Engineering and Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Science and Technology, State Islamic University of Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The conference archive records a 13-year journey of CITSM editions in Bandung, Jakarta, Bali, virtual and hybrid modes, Yogyakarta, Bengkulu, Batam, and Jakarta, with proceedings published in IEEE Xplore.

His work integrates digital innovation, instructional design, e-learning, IoT-based learning games, and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence into inclusive learning systems.

Assoc. Prof. Wen-Ren Yang, M.S., Ph.D.
National Changhua University of Education, TaiwanAssociate Professor in Electrical Engineering and Director of the Artificial Intelligence Application Center. His research covers digital signal processing, wavelet transforms, neural networks, embedded image recognition, industrial IoT systems, and power quality analysis.
